The Annual Community Wellbeing & Mental Health Fair brings together individuals, families, professionals, community organizations, and local leaders to promote wellbeing, mental health awareness, resilience, and meaningful community connection.
Through educational workshops, interactive activities, community resources, and wellness-focused programming, the fair fosters healthier individuals, stronger families, and more connected communities.
Featured Program: Roundtable Wellness Conversations
One of the highlights of the fair is our Roundtable Wellness Conversations, where participants engage in small-group discussions with mental health professionals and wellness experts representing diverse areas of expertise.
These interactive sessions provide a safe, welcoming environment where participants can ask questions, share experiences, gain practical tools for everyday wellbeing, and connect with others facing similar life challenges.
